Ono & Yatabe Global was launched by Yusaku Ono, who has focused on fund business / asset management business many years, and Kosuke Yatabe, who practiced many years at international law firms. We mainly support on (i) offering and selling shares / units / interests in funds (e.g. offshore investment trust funds, investment companies, PE funds, hedge funds, limited partnerships, real estate funds) by means of public offering / private placement in Japan (e.g. documentation of disclosure documents (e.g. securities registration statement, prospectus), notification under the Investment Trust and Investment Corporation Act of Japan), and (ii) asset management business (e.g. registration of Investment Management Business / Investment Advisory Business, notification of Specially Permitted Businesses for Qualified Institutional Investor, etc., regulatory advice), and would like to contribute to clients’ successes.
